• For 200-350 guests, an extra $5,000 fee will be charged, along with substantial rentals required.

The site fee grants you access to the property from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on the day of your event. As well as a scheduled secondary date for photography access. After-hours are available for a minimum of $1,500 per hour.

There are no noise ordinance restrictions at The Sugarhouse

Yes, designated parking space is tucked away from the festivities. Ask about valet for an additional fee.

• Deposit: $15,000 or 30%, whichever is greater
• 180 Days Out: 50%
• 90 Days Out: Remaining balance

We accept cash, checks, money orders, wire transfers, and all credit cards. Fees apply to any form of payment other than cash or check.

All deposits are nonrefundable.

We offer various indoor alternatives in case of inclement weather, such as our converted horse stables or hay barn. Additionally, tent rentals can be arranged at an additional cost.

Though we are fully insured, we require a blanket liability policy for your event. This ensures that all parties involved are covered for any instances that may arise. We can acquire a policy on your behalf for a small fee, or you can purchase it on your own and provide proof of insurance. Anticipate a spending range of $85 to $200, which covers an insurance policy of $2 million.

We can rent sidewalls and or heaters for almost any tent rental. The rental fee for sidewalls is about $2/square foot. Heaters for the tent begin at $300 and above (propane not included). Additional charges for delivery and installation may apply.

• Candles: No open flames in the stables or hay barn.
• Confetti: We permit only biodegradable confetti to avoid litter on the property and to protect the wildlife that resides in our area.
• Sparklers: Yes, though there may be a cleaning fee if they are not disposed of correctly.
• Food Trucks: Yes, by licensed and insured vendors only (fees may apply).
• Fireworks: Yes, by licensed and insured vendors only, with proper insurance. (Fees may apply).
• Pets: We’d love to have your pets join the festivities; however, an insurance policy may be required.
• Lawn Games: We provide rentals for lawn games, or you are welcome to bring your own.

The property will be accessible on the day starting at 8 a.m. Vendors may have access the day before with approval, and additional fees may apply.

The charge for off-premise catering begins at $3,500. This fee may be negotiated based on circumstances. All external vendors must be licensed and insured; those without insurance can acquire a one-day policy.

For kosher weddings, recognizing our inability to meet your catering needs, we extend a discounted catering fee of $2,000.

We collaborate with a local security vendor, and based on your requirements, we can provide customized packages.
